 The project includes 592 rental homes\, 19\,000 square meters of office sp
 ace and 5\,000 square meters of commercial and social facilities. The ‘c
 urved’ facade allows the plinth and tower to flow seamlessly into each o
 ther\, making the plinth and tower perceived as one. The ‘cascaded’ or
  stepped facade creates a contemporary image and is an iconic element on a
  larger scale. The stacked grid of building elements creates a sleek and s
 tatic character\, while the longitudinal facades take on a completely diff
 erent dynamic. Here the horizontal\, undulating façade bands and sporadic
  protruding balconies create a lively and playful façade architecture.
