What will you do?
As a project manager, you will independently take responsibility for high-profile projects. Leveraging your technical expertise and in consultation with your colleagues, you will oversee total project management based on GOTIK principles. You will act as the central figure within the project team, skillfully managing both people and processes.
FACTA stands out by starting construction during the design phase, shortening project lead times and delivering added value for clients.
In your role, you’ll balance the needs of the client, your projects, and the team. You’ll be able to distinguish between main issues and minor details, making decisions based on available facts and alternatives. Whether you're sitting at the table with a client or discussing changes in scope with a contractor, your ability to adapt and communicate effectively will shine.

What do you need?
- Strong technical knowledge of construction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s level work and thinking capacity.
- You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager, primarily in utility construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Residency in the Eindhoven region.
What do we offer?
At FACTA Bouwmanagement, you’ll start with a one-year contract, with the potential for a permanent position. Your salary will depend on your experience and age. Overtime is compensated when it becomes structural. In addition to a base salary, FACTA offers a variable individual performance component, dependent on company performance and personal results.
