The B-council consists of bachelor students from all year layers except first years. They collect feedback about the courses and communicate this feedback to the responsible teachers by meetings or email. After the evaluation, a conclusion is written, which is put on the CHEOPS website by the board. Next to the evaluation of courses, the B-council organises the Teacher of the Year Elections (TOTY) and student-teacher pub quiz.
