When should study and exam material be known and available?
A teacher must ensure that no later than one month before the date of the examination, the exact content of the course is available.
Furthermore, all possible resources should be known a month before the exam.
How much time does a teacher have to check an exam?
An examiner (usually the teacher) must determine the outcome of an exam within 15 working days.
In this period the teacher must provide the administration office of the faculty with the necessary data.
What is the major structure exactly?
De major structure means that your bachelor exists of 180 ECTS.
After the first year you choose a direction in the Built Environment (Building physics and structural design, Architecture or Urban systems).
In the third year you pass the multiproject and after that you move to a particular master track in the Bachelor End project.

What do you have to do when you have enough ECTS for your propadeuse?
Congratulations! At this moment you can apply yourself for the propadeutical exam at OASE.
After this the exam committee will determine if you passed the propadeuse. You will hear from them by e-mail.
When you pass your propedeuse in 1 year, you will receive it during the propadeutic event organized by the faculty and CHEOPS.

Do I have to apply myself for courses, projects and exams?
Yes you do. Applying for courses, projects and exams is possible at OASE.
When you forget to do this, there is a yellow card which gives you the opportunity to apply yourself for a course at the administration office.
You can use this yellow card once during your bachelor, so don’t forget to apply in time!
Where can I buy study books?
You can buy your study books at http://tuestudieboeken.nl
To use this discount you have to be a member of CHEOPS.
Becoming a CHEOPS member is free.
Some courses use readers from teachers. You can buy this readers at the CHEOPS webshop.
The commissioner of education will e-mail you every quartile about the possibility to buy books and readers.
